Abstract

295,769. Bittington C. May 25, 1927. Alloys.-Copper alloys contain 7-28 per cent of manganese, together with either 2-9 per cent of aluminium, or 2-9 per cent of aluminium and 2-8 per cent of zinc, or 3-20 per cent of lead and 2-8 per cent of zinc. Up to 1 per cent of chromium, nickel, vanadium, molybdenum, or iron may be added. Specification 161,537 is referred to.
