Roses; combined roses and jets.-A spraying nozzle, more particularly for delivering liquid carbon dioxide in fire extinguishing apparatus, comprises a body portion 1 leading to a spray orifice 8, expansion chambers 10 surrounding the central orifice and opening into the central bore 2, and a plurality of small openings 9 surrounding the central bore and communicating with the expansion chambers.
