Abstract

330,095. Tolmie, J. E. May 2, 1929. Nozzles with two cutlets.-A twin jet nozzle for fire extinguishing &c., having a pair of tapered parallel jets 5, 6 which open from a cylindrical chamber 12 forming the connection for a hose, has a common space 7 between the jets and the cylindrical chamber converging towards the jet passages and formed by cutting away part of the partition 11 which separates the jet passages. The nozzles are formed with counterbored recesses 13 at their outer ends.
