Vehicle lamps.-In a vehicle lamp provided with a reflector 1 adapted to reflect, rays of light over a relatively large area below the horizontal plane of the source 2, a half-lens 3 is adapted to intercept some of the rays to concentrate them into an intense beam for distant illumination. In the form shown in Fig. 4, a parabolic reflector 4 of the same diameter as the half-lens 3 is arranged coaxially behind the source of light 2. The reflector 1 and half-lens 3 may be of any desired forms, and the source of light 2 and halflens 3 may be mounted to allow of relative adjustment.
