Loud-speakers; magnetic instruments.-Two perforated bellied dishes 1, 2 held together edge to edge so as to constitute a housing for a hornless loud-speaker are drawn into and held in a socket 4 by means of a screw bolt 3 and nut or similar fastening. The nut abuts against a member 5 which may be suitably weighted. A hole may be bored through the bolt 3 to accommodate the lead-in wires 6.
