286,789. Carpmael, W., (I. G. Farbenindustrie Akt.-Ges.). Dec. 10, 1926. Ink.-Cellulose esters and ethers are dissolved in aqueous solutions of compounds of the acetal type of polyhydric alcohols, other solvents, plastifying agents, dyes, &c. being added if desired. In the examples, cellulose acetate is dissolved in a mixture of 30 parts water and 60 parts glycerine monoformal or 20 parts water and 70 parts glycol formal. The solution may be used for printing.
