285,811. Akt.-Ges. Brown, Boveri, et Cie,. Feb. 21, 1927, [Convention date]. Regulating.-An exhaust turbine 8 driving a charging blower 10 may be put out of operation without interrupting the flow of the driving medium by a bye-pass valve 7 which opens the inlet side 3 of the turbine to the exhaust 5, and at the same time stops the flow through the turbine. The valve is arranged within the turbine. The actuating rod 12 may be connected to a bye-pass valve 11 on the blower
