Abstract

280,136. Zbrojovka Praga Spolecnost s.r.o., and Ceskoslovenska Zbrojovka Akciova Spolecnost v. Brne. June 27, 1927. Addition to 273,302. Machine guns.-The cartridge - extracting mechanism according to the parent Specification is provided with locking means adapted, when the breech is opened, to lock the extractor in engagement with the rim of the cartridge. As shown, the extractor 1 is formed at the bottom with a projection 23 adapted, when the block swings downwards, to engage a surface 21 on the breech-block carrier 5 whereby the extractor is locked in engagement with the cartridge 15. A recess 25 in the carrier to the rear of the locking surface 21 permits of the engaging movement of the extractor when the carrier goes forward to lock the breech.
