Abstract

277,864. Civier, A. Feb. 28, 1927. Composition fuel.-A composition for sprinkling on fuel consists of sodium chloride, water, tallow, and oil which may be waste thick machine oil. The mixture is boiled a number of times at intervals of about 10 minutes and after the addition of water is allowed to cool. About 20 litres are sprinkled on 1000 kg. of fuel. The constituents are mixed in the following proportions which may be varied within about 10 per cent either way; water 30 litres, sodium chloride 30 kg.; tallow 1 kg., oil 1 kg., and 70 litres of water are added after the final boiling.
