Abstract

267,719. Robinson & Son, Ltd., T., and Robinson, C. J. March 27, 1926. Cutting-edges, treating. - Hollow mortise chisels, &c. 5 are supported, during sharpening by a grinding-cone 12 as described in Specification 248,520, on a bar 4 adjustably mounted by a screw 8 in the end of a lever 7 pivoted to a base 11 at 10 and counterbalanced by a weight 13; the pivot is so placed that the chisel, moving along the circle indicated, does not foul the grinder. Fine adjustment is effected by a screw 14 in the lever 7, the screw bearing against a. projecting part 15 of the base 11.
