Controlling - apparatus, arrangements of foot gear in conjunction with; controlling different functions by same lever.-The accelerator pedal s may act on a lever q which releases the transmission brake r. or, as shown, the pedal s and lever q may be so situated that the lever-may be depressed by the heel while the accelerator is operated by the toe of the same foot of the driver. The accelerator pedal is the only speed control, an automatic change-speed gear being provided which adjusts itself to the load conditions.
