Atmospheric gas burners. -A heating burner for use with air-gas containing an excess of air and the most volatile constituents of gasoline comprises a distributing plate 50 mounted over the outlet end of the supply pipe 48 and a perforated plate 52 resting in a recess at the top of the burner head. The plate 52 is preferably provided with rows of staggered slots, suitable, dimensions for which are given.
