247,059. Bradley, A. Sept. 8, 1925. Window frames; sashes balanced one against another; sash-cord attachments. - Sashes are balanced one against the other by a cord passing over a pulley B, the cords being secured by passing through oblique holes extending from the top rail of each sash downwardly and outwardly through the styles and to cleats C on the bottom sash. The top sash may be lowered independently any desired amount by loosening the cord from the cleat on the lower sash. The bottom sash is fastened by a socket bolt A. The frame is composed of four flat members.
