Abstract

241,393. Gerk, W. Oct. 28, 1924. Funnels.-In a funnel for liquids and comprising an upper or bowl portion 4 having at its lower end an outlet with a threaded exterior and an inwardly-projecting flange 6, a detachable spout portion 8 having an outwardly-projecting flange 9 at its upper end, an interchangeable gauze or filter 10 at the joint between the flanges 6 and 9, and a screw connecting member 11 adapted to be passed over the spout and to be attached to the threaded portion of he bowl 4, the screw-threaded portion 5 of the bowl is formed of a piece of sheet metal attached to the bowl proper.
