Windscreens.-In a vehicle windscreen of the type comprising a lower panel B<3> mounted upon supporting brackets A and an upper panel B mounted upon supports carried by the brackets, the lower panel B<3> is pivoted near its upper edge B<2> on lugs A<3> on the brackets A, and the transverse rail E carrying the upper screen is supported by caps D<2> on screwed rods C, which pass through the brackets A and are secured thereto at their lower ends by nuts C<2>. When the nuts C<2> are tightened, tubes D surrounding the rods C are gripped between the caps D<2> and the upper ends of the brackets A.
