Abstract
227,736. Wood, T. July, 21, 1924. Moulding walls in situ.-Hollow walls are cast in situ bv shutters clamped to the wall and arranged in pairs a, the pairs of shutters being positioned apart by frames d and the shutters of each pair by vertical uprights d<1> at each end. The ends of each pair of shutters are provided with clamps b which clamp the shutters on to the vertical upright and also to the wall. The shutters are faced with metal and the uprights may have projections, to form interlocking grooves in the cast wall. Auxiliary distancepieces c<2> may be used on the tops of the shutters and when used would provide passages for the clamp bolt. For cornices, a mould h may be secured to the shutters.
