Abstract

208,926. Clements, J. Jan. 11, 1923. Casting walls in situ.-Shuttering for building walls in situ is supported loosely by uprights 1 spaced apart by distance pieces 2 through slots in which they pass, the whole being secured together by vertical wedges 4 which force the uprights against the inner ends of the slots. On loosening the wedges, the uprights move outwards and the shutters may be removed. As shown, the uprights are of T-section; and the wedges 4 are provided with heads 7 shaped to embrace the web of the T-upright.
