556,806. Column and beam centering. DIXON, J., and CAXTON FLOORS, Ltd. March 6, 1942, No. 2946. [Class 20 (ii)] Shuttering for use in casting in situ columns or beams, comprises flanged metal panels some such as a<SP>1</SP> provided with lateral projections d and slots c and others with only the projections whereby the panels may be joined together at right angles to form beam or column moulds. The abutting flanges may be gripped together by brackets h with spaced flanges j, and the panels may be spaced apart by spacers l having depending lugs at their ends to engage over the edges of the panels. Further apertures g may be provided to engage the ends of the floor shuttering bearers.
