Abstract

226,975. Dupere, C. E. Dec. 31, 1923. Discharge devices.- Vacuum flasks &c. are provided with a pourer and stopper comprising a central tubular member 1 formed with one or more spouts 5 and provided with a detachable packing member 3 of a tapered formation which adapts the tubular member 1 for use with flasks of different sizes, the whole device being enclosed in the usual cap 10. As shown, the outer end of the tubular member 1 is flared outwardly and the member itself is tapered. In other forms, the tubular member has parallel sides and may be provided with an integral or detachable collar to limit the extent to which the member can enter the neck of the flask.
