Discharge and drip-retaining devices.-A discharge and dripretaining device comprises a cylindrical tube 2, of metal, celluloid, glass, &c. flared at the top to form a funnel with a thin rim. The other end is cut into tongues 3, 3<1>, 3<11>, sufficiently elastic to yield when the device is inserted in a bottle neck and to spread out and exert a pressure on the walls. An elastic ring 5 forms a circular joint between the device and the rim of the bottle.
