Abstract

217,458. West, F. J., and Bloor, A. N. July 28, 1923. Press-button fasteners.- In snap fasteners of the type in which a hook on the socket plate is provided to engage the edge of the stud plate, the hook is formed by an extension 6<a> of the wire spring 6 and passes through one of the sewing holes 7. Three holes instead of four may be made in the stud plate 1 to allow the hook to move round the edge of the plate.
