Vehicle and like lamps.- A light-projector suitable for use as a vehicle lamp, railway signal lamp, or the like is provided with one or more substantially V or U shaped filaments 4, as shown in Figs. 1 and 3, having their apices pointing towards the front face of a glass mirror 2 the axes of the filaments being substantially parallel to the axis of the mirror, the two limbs of each filament being in substantially the same horizontal plane.
