Abstract

480,831. Vehicle lamps. SCHUCH, F. March.23, 1937, No. 8528. [Class 75 (iv)] An anti-glare device comprises a translucent green disc 7 held centrally in front of the electric lamp 5 so as to intercept all the non-reflected light rays by means of a doubled resilient wire 11, looped around a rivet 12 in the disc, twisted above the lamp and terminating in a safety-pin clasp 14 for attachment to the lamp cap. The disc may be a green glass, a white glass with a transparent green coating or a sheet of green gelatin between two plain glasses; or it may be made of a non-inflammable green cellulose product.
