Abstract

214,101. Parkes, G. May 15, 1923. Mop wringers.- A squeezing device for mops and the like comprises a plate I carried within a receptacle, such as a bucket, by a bracket E and having a perforated conical part J to receive the mop, an intermediate member D mounted on the plate I and a movable plate C pivotally connected to the member D and adapted to be pressed on to the mop by the handle A. The plate C is formed with a cutaway portion G in its periphery for the reception of the mop handle.
