Pivoted handles.-In a mop of the type comprising a fringed member 2 threaded on a metal strip 1 with a free end 5. this end is provided with a fork 6 for supporting the socket 9 of a handle 8. The socket may be pivotally mounted on a pin 7 carried by the fork 6, or may be rigidly secured to the fork. In the former case, pivotal movement of the handle in one direction may be limited by the provision on the fork 6 of a pin 10 adapted to contact with the end of the socket 9.
