Combing - machines. -The clearer roller 1 for the detaching-roller of a cotton combing- machine is provided with means for adjusting its position, comprising cams or eccentrics 7, carried by a stud 7<a> mounted in arms 5, and engaging bearings 6a in the arms 6 carrying the roller 1. The cams 7 are rotated to adjust the roller and are secured by screws 8.
