Trawling-gear. - Otter boards are detachably secured to the haulage warp 1 and to the ground rope 3 and between these a pennant 14 is connected, so that in getting the gear aboard, the board may be detached and the net may be hauled by the same winch. The pennant 14 is longer than the distance x y, between its points of attachment during trawling, and is passed through an opening 8 in the otter board. The pennant may be detachably or permanently connected.
