Seats convertible into covers for occupants.-In perambulators of the type in which the body portion is provided with a frontal auxiliary seat member 3 between the sides of the body portion and capable of being revolved on side trunnions so that in one position it serves as a seat and in another position acts as a weather-screen or protector for the well of the body, fixing means are provided wherein the side trunnions comprise bolts 4 the screwed ends of which pass through the side 2 of the body portion and by means of wing-nuts 5 lock the two parts together in either position and simultaneously seal the joints between the sides of the two parts.
