Abstract

201,556. Aktiebolaget Atlas Diesel. July 25, 1922, [Convention date]. Cylinders receiving liquid fuel.-Liquid fuel without spraying air is delivered past a valve 3 to a series of diverging passages 6 leading to a chamber 5 having one or more orifices 4 opening into the cylinder. The plate 2 is constructed of tempered steel or other hard material. The distance between the upper edge of an orifice 4 and the opposite wall of the chamber 5 is equal to or less than the radius of the orifice.
