Abstract
190,037. Wennerby, A. O. L. Jan. 13, 1922. Cylinder receiving liquid fuel.-In an engine in which air is supplied by a double-acting pump to a chamber 11 in the cylinder head, thence passing through a valve 14 to the combustion chamber, the stem of the valve 14 is hollow, and surrounds a fuel injector x. The fuel from the injector passes to the combustion chamber through a grating 15. The engine has two cylinders disposed on opposite sides of the pump, the chamber 11 being common to both cylinders.
