Clip and like brackets. - A curtainrod supporting bracket comprises an L- shaped base member 4 to the extending arm 6 of which is rigidly secured a sleeve 2 for which purpose one end of the sleeve is reduced in diameter, passed through a hole in the arm 6, and then riveted over. The bracket may be provided with a diametral bridge portion 9 to prevent longitudinal movement of the rod which movement may also be prevented by a pivoted end closure member 16 which is provided with an integral abutment 18 to engage the upper edge of the arm 6. The Provisional Specification states that the sleeve may be closed by a screwed &c. plug or a slide.
