319,128. Pilditch, G. A. P. Sept. 4, 1928. Clip brackets, securing; curtains, suspending. - A curtain rod &c. is supported between two opposed surfaces of a recess &c. by a pair of brackets, one of which consists of a spiked or rubber-faced plate g carrying a screwed plug c to receive a sleeve d in which one end of the rod a is supported, the sleeve having an internal shoulder e which abuts against the end of the rod a when the sleeve is screwed away from the plate g, to jam the plate against the wall &c. The other end of the rod may be supported in a sleeve d<1> carried by a plug c , which may be screwed, on a plate g<1>.
