Abstract

186,177. Fenton, W. H., and Bevan, F. H. July 2, 1921. Hooks.-A support for casement curtain-rods &c. comprises a fixed strip member a having a series of ratchet teeth d formed on one or both edges and an adjustable supporting member e having a pair of staggered slots h through which the fixed strip passes. One ratchet tooth d normally engages the end of one slot h of the member e when the latter is vertical, and becomes disengaged by rocking over the member e until the staggered slots are in vertical alignment. The member e may carry two angularly adjustable curved portions to receive the curtain rods &c.
