Abstract

345,105. Curtain rail brackets. WICKER, J. C., Dol-y-Mynach, Warwick Road, Solihull, Warwickshire. March 28, 1930, Nos. 9877 and 31498. [Class 52 (v).] The top flange or head of a rail 7 is received in a recess 8 in a bracket and held therein by a cam lever 12 pivoted on a vertical pin 11 carried by an extension 14 of the bracket. The lever may have a thumb piece 12b. In a modification the head of the rail is received in a recess in the bracket and is held therein by a lever, pivoting on a vertical pin, provided with a raised cam portion which engages the top of the rail head. An arm with a recess and cam lever at each end may be used to connect the overlapping ends of two rails.
