[Class 65 (ii).] A pivot device for the wire bail-like legs d<1> of a picnic table consists of an angle bracket b fitted with a spring clip c with a recess c<1> through which the wire d<1> passes. When the inturned end d<2> of the wire d<1> is at the bottom of the clip plate c, it is held rigidly by the parts c<1> of the clip ; when the end d<2> is lifted to the upper part of the clip c, the leg d<1> may be turned over.
