Saddles. - The luggage-carrier 1 of a motorcycle &c. is resiliently supported by means of parallel-motion springing, which may comprise links 3, 12 and springs 13. The springs are mounted on brackets 9<a> supported from an ordinary rigid carrier or frame member, and may comprise combinations of tension and compression and/or leaf springs. The carrier may be provided with a pillion seat 20 with back 21 and footrest 22, and adjustably supports a main saddle 6. Adjustable stops 16 and buffers 17, 18 are provided.
