Supporting superheaters.-A superheater placed between the tubes of a water-tube boiler of the kind in which banks of tubes are connected to front and rear headers is supported from an overhead beam by a rod connected to the superheater headers. A rod F supporting the superheater L is connected to the middle of the headers C, D by stirrups E, and is formed with enlarged portions encircling each tube in a vertical row of staggered water tubes A. The superheating tubes may be connected to the water tubes.
