Abstract

Dispensing liquids.- Overflow beer is returned to the beer cask by way of a filter 1 a pipe 8 and a connection to the cask tap 11, between the valve-plug and the cask. When valves 7 and 9 are closed, the pipe 8 may be removed for cleaning etc. without affecting the connection between the cask and beer-engina. The filter 1 is placed at a higher elevation than the cask and comprises a grid 3 over which a filter cloth 4 is stretched by placing another grid 5 upon it. The base 6 of the filter is inclined towards the outlet.
