Detachable-rim attachments to wheels.- A detachable rim D, which may be split transversely, is held between a flange on the inner side of a channelshaped metal rim A, and dogs H on the outer side. The dogs H are accommodated in recesses B formed on the outer side cf the rim A, and in gaps in a bead E on the rim D, and are secured by a bolt C and nut I. The bead E may be formed by rolling, and rests upon the inturned edge of the outer side of the rim A. In a modification the dogs H are engaged by the head of the bolt C, the nut being upon the inner side of the rim A
