Rims; detachable rim-attachments t o wheels.-A collapsible or contractible rim b, having the inner face of the side flanges a at right-angles to the base, is detachably held between grooves in side flanges d, e on the felloe, of the wheel. The flange e is transversely adjustable by means of the bolt f. The flanges d, e are splayed outwardly in order to avoid cutting the tyre. The rim b may be split transversely, or made in segments, or it may have a removable gap-piece.
