Abstract
15,692. Taylor, F. J. Nov. 6. Turning.-A multiple tool-holder, described with reference to turning shells, is designed for application to an engine lathe or to a flat turret. A similar tool-rig may be applied to a special turret. The tools e, r, r<1>, Fig. 1, are brought into operation by a single feed, and the recessing-tool at the close of the feed, by its mounting on a circular flanged bar controlled by a handle n working between stops. Other forms of tool-holders are indicated in Figs. 8 and 9, and a special turret is shown in Fig. 7.
