Abstract
4532. Stralendorff, F. H. A. von. March 23. Projectile fuses.- Relates to fuses in which the end of a length of time-fuse c is inserted into a socket a serving to hold the percussion cap b, and consists in securing the fuse in place by means of a disk d which is attached to the socket by bending the edge f of the socket over the disk. In place of the disk d, a pin inserted transversely through the end of the socket may be used, or a screwed cover independent of the screwed end of the grenade.
