7728. Turnbull, J. W., and Foster, J. Sept. 25. Gas-meters.-Dry gas - meters are provided with saddle-like junction boxes or expansion chambers 8 of the form shown, placed between the measuring-chambers and the pipes 6 leading to the valve grids 7. The measuring-chambers are carried by lugs 3 soldered or secured by screws and nuts to the usual partition plate. Specification 5029/96 is referred to.
