Mixing-valves; pressure regulating and reducing valves.-Gases, or air and gas, to be mixed are admitted to a casing through ports governed by valves operated by a single member actuated by the pressure of the mixture. In the form shown air enters the casing 1 through the port 5<a> and leaves through the port 6<a>, gas entering through the port 5<b> and leaving through the port 6<b>. These ports are controlled by a member 3 attached to a diaphragm 12, which is exposed to the pressure of the mixture through a pipe 10. If the member 3 rises ports 7<a>, 7<b> are opened and the air and gas returned through the conduits shown to the suction side of their respective compressors.
