End thrusts are taken by conical rollers :c pivoted in cage rings e; the inner pivots are secured in these rings by flanged rings f. The rollers x bear against the parts D', D<2>, and the thrust is conveyed to the rings e by a shoulder p on the journal B, and a two-part collar t fitted in a groove u in the journal. An annular cup leather s engages a ring r on the journal to exclude dust &c.
