Roller bearings.-In a roller bearing for vehicle wheels, the rollers F, J are provided with flanges F<1>, J<1> which engage shoulders B<2>, B<3> formed on a box B inserted in the hub A, and also engage the walls H', P of grooves H<1>, I' formed in sleeves H, I on the axle D. The sleeve H bears against a shoulder D<3> on the spindle, and the sleeve I is retained on the reduced end D' of the spindle by a nut E. The rollers are mounted in cages consisting of end rings formed with holes g and slots g' to receive the trunnions of the rollers. The ring fits on the sleeve, and the other ring abuts against its end.
