Springs, arrangement of.-In a folding babycarriage of the kind in which the side frames carrying the wheels can be folded laterally beneath the main frame, the side frames comprise each an horizontal member B, a central vertical member C fixed to the member B, and two horizontal wheel - carrying members D pivoted to the lower end of the member C, the pivotal movement being spring-controlled. As a modification, the two members D may be formed in one piece. The pivoting is preferably by a rule-joint with stops. The springs may be applied at the joint or at the outer ends of the members D, as shown, in which case the springs are preferably of S-shape with parallel ends fixed to the brackets F, G formed with extensions F<1> to fit the ends of the members B, D.
