Frame construction; springs, arrangement of and mounting bodies and undercarriages on.-The central portion of each suspension spring of a perambulator or the like is turned on edge or twisted at right-angles to its extremities so that the wheels may be brought nearer to the body of the vehicle. The springs A' are turned on edge throughout the central portion A<2> which lies below the axles G and is suspended therefrom by laminar springs E or brackets.
