Abstract

248,587. Fornaca, G. April 16, 1925. Springs, arrangement of.-The front cross member or axle 1 of a motor vehicle is formed at its ends with upper and lower hollow arms 2 on which the stub axles 3 are steerablv and slidably mounted and which carry rods 6 connecting the stub axles with the suspensions springs. The springs 7 are enclosed in the member 1 and are fixed at one end thereto, their free ends being connected to the rods 6. A shock absorber 10 may be provided for each spring.
