Spray carburettors.-The usual form of carburettor is dispensed with, the fuel being sprayed through a perforated ring into the airinlet pipe immediately above the admission valve. The pipe connecting the ring to the fueltank has a regulating-cock. The air is controlled by a throttle at the mouth of the pipe.
